“ 11 POWERFUL MINUTES“ - “, November 20, 2022 “ SCREAMING PAIN IMPOSSIBLE TO SWALLOW“ - GAYBURG, November 21, 2022 Borderless is a gay love story between a Russian soldier - who deserts the army (minute ) as soon as he knows he is going to be sent to Ukraine - and a Ukrainian boy in the context of the current Russian-Ukrainian war. Our gay short film narrates the less common of the many tragedies that take place in the war. The love of two guys overwhelmed by the oppression of power, by the regression of politics to sheer violence against unarmed civilians, touches us because it hurts our hugs, our affections, the most precious thing we are and have. “We are such stuff as dreams are made on” as Shakespeare said. We are first of all our sensitivity, our feelings, our passions. What for me is music, what I look for in my improvisations at the piano, and in the edition of my music pieces. That’s why I decided to combine original piano music with a gay romance movie as my official videoclip. Borderless is love, as much as music. I'm looking forward to reading your feedbacks, precious insights on what the music offers you (and you to me).
