Made with maple and walnut, this awesome looking end grain cutting board turned out pretty cool. Like every project, I learned a lot about what to do and what NOT to do. In this case, ensuring the pattern doesn't slip during the glue up. The other lesson here is to verify there are no voids present at the time of glue up. Trust me.
