NO STEAM NO BAKE 2 EGGS CUSTARD FLAN Prep time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 6 minutes Yields: 1 4x 6 glass baking dish To make the caramel ½ cup sugar 2 tbsp water To make the flan: 1 packet Vanilla Pudding Mix 1 small container (12 oz) whole milk 2 unflavored gelatin packets 1 small can table cream (I used Nestle Cream) 2 eggs Melt sugar with water over medium heat in a pan. This takes 4 minutes until it caramelizes. Pour caramel in a glass baking dish and set aside. Meanwhile, whisk 2 eggs until creamy
