HITMAN2 - Elusive Target: The Black Hat SA 1:39 (Tranquilizer & Shaman Powder)

Unfortunately, due to an annoying mistake (the shaman’s powder must be thrown at the NPC’s head, and not just next to them) and the lack of the SA tracker (the game just didn’t tell me that the stunned NPC found the body) I failed the SA on my main account. But, fortunately, the kind man @immadummee47 explained to me the mechanics of the powder and I gained strength to create a new account and try again and here we are. Caution, very unreliable strategy! Literally everything can go wrong.
