RESPONSE TO COMMENTS: We understand all of the confusion/frustration here, but please all understand the following. Donatella has lived in this gas station for years and is cared for by locals (but unfortunately they do not have the money for expensive medical care like Donatella needed, which is when we stepped in). There are 1000s of stray dogs on Koh Samui island alone, not to mention the rest of Thailand. Our focus is on getting the street dogs fixed where we can and providing them with medicines and care as well as sterilization for 100s of dogs. The dogs on the street get food, medicines and care from locals, this includes Donatella. You can see our recent video about how we feed 80 street dogs daily. Please do take a look at our other videos and whole channel to understand the extent of the work we do, and of course, thank you for all caring, we understand how this may seem but in Thailand things are a lot different and we do the most we can to help all of the street dogs.
