To day i am going over a few things I do when I have my team package orders. I have steps they fallow. Yes i had adjust them along the way and probably will keep doing so as everyone does the sme. Hint I like to be one step ahead of the game. My team and I stay on top of corresponding with them from like until a few weeks after they have gotten there personalized thank you card in the mail.
