Операции на поджелудочной железе при хроническом панкреатите

Показаны специальные исследования, позволяющие конкретизировать диагноз панкреатита, а также ряд операций: резекция железы вместе с селезёнкой, удаление камней из панкреатического протока, дренаж при кистах поджелудочной железы и операция трансгастральной цитогастростомии.
