How to Make Fallout Combat Armor out of Foam! I absolutely love the Fallout games and am very excited for the live action series. So I figured it was about time I made some cosplay combat armor that others can create and enjoy. In this video I go over all of the steps it takes to assemble Fallout Chest Combat Armor. As well as how to cut, sand, and emboss the foam to look like leather and metal. I do have free PDF templates of the chest armor available on my website if you'd like to build one too.
