Scientist and researcher, Timofey has spent many years studying the field of the Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS). Having come up with an idea for his start-up, he launched a crowdfunding campaign in June 2016 which helped him to raise money for his product, neurostimulator Brainstorm.
