A walking tour on a rainy day in February 2024 in the beautiful city of Düsseldorf, located in western Germany, renowned for its Little Japan, Old Town, River Rhine and Fashion. Here we focus on my personal highlights, the Altstadt and River Rhine. Our walk starts at the shopping boulevard Königsallee or simply KÖ, where you can find luxury boutiques and brand stores lined up. From there, we'll proceed to the Carlsplatz, a local market place full of little stalls to explore. Right after that we enter the Altstadt, which is known as the historic old town of the city. After passing the very famous Uerige Brewery we will take a short stroll along the Rhine Embankment Promenade, to get a nice view over the beautiful river Rhine. We then proceed to the Bolkerstraße bar street, also known as the longest bar in the world, and explore the smaller alleys of the Altstadt. This tour ends at the Heinrich Heine Allee metro station.
