Measurements: 1) 2 cups of Maida (All Purpose Flour) 2) 1 cup of Jaggery 3) 2 cups of Sugar 4) 1 tbl spn Cardamom (Elaichi) - Optional 5) Baking Soda (optional. Refer Note below on the details). 6) 1/2 cup rice flour (helpful to get crispier Jalebis).
