Tarkov Shadows Flickering (Patch. )

Extreme shadows flickering makes the game unplayable at times. Happens on every map, but it is most pronounced on woods. This problem only started in patch System Info: OS: Windows 10 CPU: Intel) i7-6700 @, 3408 Mhz, 4 Core, 8 Logical Processors GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 6GBVram Motherboard: B150M Mortar RAM: Kingston Fury 2133Mhz C14 4x4GB = 16gb Game installed on an Kingston 2.5 480GB SSD with SATA connetion. Steps taken to try and rectify the problem: Clean reinstall of Tarkov. Restoring Nvidia control panel settings. Clean reinstall of drivers. Every setting in-game. Every settings in Nvidia Control panel. I have tried different guides on youtube to fixing other problems in case one of them could help but nada. Googling this problem i have only found a few reddit/forum threads where no one has found a fix.
