Replacing the popular Ninja 400, this latest model brings various impressive changes, from the engine to a sportier design. In terms of engine, the Ninja 500 is equipped with a redesigned 451cc twin-cylinder engine. Even though it only has a small increase in power, with maximum power of 45.4 PS @9,000 rpm and torque of 4.3 kgf·m at 6,000 rpm, this engine promises better performance. Significant changes at low speed and strong torque at low speed make it more adaptive for driving in various conditions.
