It looks like Google has an employee turnover problem. The company hires a HUGE amount of people then fires them or lays them off after the work or project is done. This is NOT a very secure place to work. What makes the reputation of Google worse is that they growth. So what is the point in all this? Why isn't the Trust And Safety department laid off? Google says they want to run efficiently, yet they are still keeping the excessive fat of DEI or ESG. This definitely is NOT an effective way to run a business.
