Red Dead Redemption 2 on RTX 2070 (ULTRA) (DirectX12 vs Vulcan)

RDR2 Side by Side - DirectX, and Vulcan There is a slight difference in FPS when using either of these APIs. Although the CPU usage is reduced when using Vulcan as compared to DirectX12. I was getting just 15 FPS when I turned everything to ULTRA and maxed out so I decided to use the settings slider to record the Gameplay. I was getting around 40 FPS
