I’m satisfied with this seifuku I just made, but I will make it longer next time when I make another seifuku. ^^ You could use this tutorial on lots of cosplay, like hell girl cosplay, InuYasha Cosplay , wadanohara sailor cosplay, Lucky Star Konata Izumi Cosplay etc. If you are not comfortable making the blouse part, you could use long sleeve T shirt instead and transform it to anime cosplay uniform. ^^ Hope you enjoy this video ^^ DIY Pleated skirt: DIY Sailor
