Being poor sucks, unfortunately the last few years have been rough for a lot of americans. But residents of certain states make a lot less than others. And i don’t want to say that all these states suck, but when the residents make alot less that less tax money the government has to work with, meaning more than likely the schools won’t be good the public roads will suck, fewer nice public parks, less money put into overall up keep of the towns.
