In this video I show you how to knit the knotted openwork stitch. This stitch is a simple 4 row repeat perfect for the beginner. This stitch would make nice placemats, hot pad (in cotton yarn), but if you're feeling adventurous this would work up nicely in a lace weight yarn for a tablecloth, table runner or maybe even a nice window cover. let your imagination soar with this stich.
