Led Zeppelin’s familiar version of “Whole Lotta Love” ( ) was significantly based upon the Small Faces adaptation of this original Willie Dixon composition which they had re-titled “You Need Loving.” Dixon’s name was not initially included on the Led Zeppelin recording (credited to the band members), but was added following legal action.
