For us, it sounded like a great idea to make Turkish puff pastries (Pogaca) in a cake tray! This is even easier than making the regular Turkish Pogaca! They are incredibly puffy and fluffy because they were left to rise for twice! Even though we cut them in pieces before we bake, they rise so much that they become one, which is still handy when you are serving.
