Rather thuggish drums with a lot of reverb tail weirdness from the DV. Played at a mere 58bpm partly to give the reverb tails a bit of space to play in, but mainly because, had it been at double the tempo, I would probably have been accused of disrespecting a genre I couldn’t have picked out of a line-up (house? garage? shed? conservatory?). This also features my realising (again) that the Pam’s actually does many more waveforms than gates and stepped random, so here is a nice monotonous pluck subjected to a Euclidean sequence, played by the a-111-6, and fed through my newly acquired Doepfer SEM filter. And as I note in the captions, I’m using Rings wrong again- as a voice in its own right, rather than as a resonator effect for some other VCO. Do I care? What do you think? Like and subscribe, good people, spread the word and put the clocks forward an hour if you’ve not already done so. Plenty of Shorts about the place too if you’ve only got forty or fifty seconds to spare… Thanks for watching!
