Car explosion in Moscow: At 2:28 AM, a young man in a light sweatshirt approached a Toyota Land Cruiser and placed explosives under the vehicle. At 6:30 AM, the car explodes in courtyard of a building on Sinyavinskaya Street in Moscow, while the driver and his wife were inside the vehicle. The driver, a person with the same name as the deputy head of the satellite communication radio center, Andrey Torgashov, was injured. The injured man’s wife told RT that her husband underwent surgery and is in connected to law enforcement agencies. Also, a witness of the explosion said that the injured man participated in the SMO.
