This house is good for a starting couple. My purpose of doing this house design is to provide a compact size home with a complete facility inside just like the concept for condo units. we tend to make the space as a multipurpose. like for example the living area it can be use as Sala for visitor and at the same time you can also use it as an extra bedroom by just putting a sofa bed on it at night. Also the Dining Bar table under the stair it can be pulled in and out to save space. This is just an example that space is not a big issue if we can make a good plan. its not the big space that make the house a home its the FAMILY living in it and making it special.
