‍ ️Former investigator convicted of record-breaking bitcoin bribe The verdict in the case of a record bribe in cryptocurrency was received by the former head of the investigative department of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Tverskoy district of Moscow, Marat Tambiev. The court gave him 16 years in prison and a fine of 500 million rubles. ‍ ️He also stripped the former investigator of the title of major of justice and banned him from holding positions in government departments for 12 years after his release.
