I made delectable herb focaccia and enjoyed it as supper with the people I cherish. Good herb focaccia is all about using fresh vegetables! Especially, I used the fresh herbs I had grown myself with the LG Tiiun for this focaccia. Stir the yeast and lukewarm water in a bowl, and add in the bread flour and sugar. Then use a spatula to stir them together. When the dough is almost ready, add the salt and olive oil and stir. 2. Cover the bowl with cling film or any cover, and leave it at room temperature for 30 minutes to rise. Then, gently fold the dough in three times with the greased fingers. Let it rest for another 30 minutes. 3. Grease the oven pan with olive oil, then stretch the dough out to fill the pan and fold it in. Then after covering the pan, let it rest for another 30 minutes. 4. Cut each of the cherry tomatoes into halves. 5. Use your fingers to poke and stretch out the dough. Place the tomatoes and herbs on the dough and drizzle the salt and olive oil. 6. Place the rack on an enamel plate, and then place the oven pan atop. Place it at the first level of the lightwave oven and bake it at at 230ยบC for 20 minutes with the steam oven mode. 7. After cooling the focaccia down, slice it into a desired size, and enjoy. (tip.
