Beautifully romantic Valentine's treats. White chocolate covered strawberries wrapped in chocolate mochi. Share with someone you love, or just treat yourself. Best eaten on the same day. Or store in a tight container for 1-2 days in the refrigerator. ☆Ingredients: 9 strawberries 200g white chocolate 180g glutinous rice flour 4 tbsp (30g) cocoa powder extra for dusting 4 tbsp (60g) sugar pinch of salt 250g milk 1 tsp (5g) vegetable oil ☆Instructions: 1. Cut leafy tops off of washed strawberries. Pat dry. 2. Melt white chocolate in the microwave at half power for 1-2mins. 3. Dip strawberries in melted chocolate, place on parchment paper and refrigerate for 15mins. 4. Whisk together glutinous rice flour, cocoa powder, sugar and salt. 5. Add milk and oil. Combine until smooth. 6. Cover with saran wrap and microwave for 3 minutes. Uncover and mix. Microwave for 2 more minutes. 7. Turn dough onto surface dusted with cocoa powder.
