Chef Chutatip Suntaranon (@kuhnnok) makes nua pad prik noom in honor of her father, a notorious meat lover. Her rendition of the classic Thai chile beef dish gets a peppery kick from both white and black pepper from Trang. These Thai peppercorns are left on the vine to naturally ripen in the sun, and bring a fragrant and pungent flavor to the dish. A dash of whiskey balances out the spice. Presented by @basilhayden.
