Some traditional Cambodian dishes are similar to those of neighboring country such as Laos and Thai, other closer to Chinese and Vietnamese cooking. A typical Cambodian meal almost always includes SAMLOR (soup) with rice. Therefore, I would like to share with all of you a short video on how to make prawn sour soup dish. It is not a typical SAMLOR (soup) for real Cambodian blood people but it is a delicious soup for mixed blood people such as Cambodian-Chinese.
