Do you want to make your paintings pop with color? Then you will love this No Fail way to make your paintings glow and vibrate with gorgeous color. I will share one of my favorite (and easy) underpainting techniques in this lesson using soft pastels. Products in This Lesson: UArt Sanded Pastel Paper: Daler Rowny Acrylic Inks: Florescent Pink: Indian Yellow: Sennelier 40 Half Stick Set: I used other pastels as well.
