Add the pork to a zipper bag, and seal it with another zipper bag so that no water will be inside the bag. Place the bag in the rice cooker, and pour hot water, which is about to simmer, into the cooker so that it will barely cover the bag. Remove the juice that came out of the tenderly cooked pork. Place the pork in the oven pan with its fat facing upwards, rub the rest of the seasoning mixture on it. 4.
