Hågakyrkan (aka Kung Björns kyrkan) represents the foundation stones of a formerly large wooden hall. This foundation stone setting would have held up a larger timber structure that would have been overlooking the valley. The fundament was laid in ca. 1300 BC and belongs to the scandinavian Bronze age period. It is thus considerably older than the Gamla Uppsala or Valsgärde sites.
