It's A Long Way Down! | Axial Chevy C10 | SCX24 RC Rock Crawler

I took the little Chevy up the side of The Dragon's Back one evening to some cool rocks. They're fantastic for a little 1/24 scale truck like this, but even though it's not going to fall the whole way down the mountain (unlike the bigger, heavier 1/10s, which could...), there are still some pretty fearsome scale drops for it. One of them caused the first breakage this thing has had (beyond the electronics, anyway) – I sheered one of the front axle stubs right off. Still, it fell a good five feet straight onto the wheel, so I'm not complaining. And the view makes everything worth it! See more of this truck at RC_Crawlers_Mid_Wales on Instagram, and happy trails!
