Hi everybody! At your request, my Dear Subscribers, I am preparing the Armenian Basturma or another Armenian name of this dish is Apukht. This is a very tasty and traditional Armenian dry and spice meat. Ingredients: Beef(eye round) - 3 kg. Ground fenugreek (Chaman) - 300 gr. Sweet paprika - 100 gr. Hot chili peppers to taste Ground coriander - 1/2 teaspoon Ground cumin (Zira) - 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon Fresh garlic - 6-7 cloves Cold water - 1.5 - 1.7 liters The mixture should be the consistency of liquid sour cream.
