C/U of a small round goldfish bowl with murky water and a goldfish in it. This small bowl is contrasted with a large fish tank. L/S and C/U of fish in a large tank. Narrator speaks of many fish dying because they are kept in bowls which are too small or lack the oxygen they need. “Even aquarium fish ... need skilful care if they are to be kept as healthy they deserve to be“ states the narrator. M/S of a smartly turned out woman standing in a shop full of fish tanks. She places pieces of brightly coloured rock into a fish tank. She is part of the fish tank specialist team of Reginald and Olive Dutta. They demonstrate some of the decorative effects that can be obtained with fish tanks. A piece of paper is placed into the tank over the loose sand to prevent it being dislodged when water is added. Reginald joins Olive and fills the tank with water. The narrator describes how to keep fish healthy over shots of Olive and Reginald arranging their tanks. Olive carefully tips fish into the tank.
