WOD Barbara 20 Pullups 30 Pushups 40 Situps 50 Squats 3 min rest between each of 5 rounds - DO NOT SKIP THIS This is a heavily glycolitic workout like FGB, with cumulative aerobic stress, but with the longer rest period of 3 min vs 1 min, you train the ATP refueling process as well.
