Wood Turning The Great Illusion Ruth Ann Berry Quilting Pattern

In this video I make a segmented turning with a very cool illusion. It is all about using 3 types of wood to create a shadow effect, It was a lot of fun and has given me ideas for doing more with a different design. Made from Purple Heart, Teak, Maple and Cherry. Finished with Deft spray lacquer and Acks Sanding Paste and Polish/Restoring Paste.
