Prince of Wales attends service for Welsh Guards. Location of events unknown - probably London. Several shots of Welsh Guards, officers and soldiers, milling about in street. One officer looks at camera and points his cane at it, smiling. Brief shot of young soldier saluting for camera (see final shot for more of him). More Guards walking along and milling about. They seem to be either coming out of or going into church. Several shots of high-ranking officers arriving. Troops marching towards church. Buses and trucks going past in the background. Prince of Wales (Prince Edward) arrives in uniform with fur-trimmed coat and is greeted by officials. He goes into church. M/S of Prince coming out of church with officers. He is wearing a black armband. More shots of soldiers milling about. M/S of very young soldier saluting for camera - touching shot, good for illustrating innocent youth involved in First World War.
