PEELED SHRIMP 4. 350 GRAMS OF MUSSLES 5. 300 GRAMS OF SQUIDS 6. 170 GRAMS OF CHICKEN OR BEEF SAUSAGE 7. ¼ CUP OF PARSLEY 8. 1 BELL PEPPER SLICED 9. 1 TEASPOON OF SAPPRON 10.3 CLOVES OF GARLIC , FINELY CHOPPED 11.½ YELLOW ONION , FINELY CHOPPED 12.1 BOWL OF GREEN PEAS OIL 14. GROUNDED PAPRIKA 15. HIMALAYAN SALT COOKING THE SEAFOOD PAELLA 1. • POUR IN 900ML OF CHICKEN BROTH IN A POT • ADD WATER TO THE MIX • ADD THE PRAWN SHELLS INTO THE BROTH FOR FLAVOR • FOR SMOKY TASTE - ADD A FEW PINCHES OF SAFFRON INTO THE CHICKEN BROTH
