🇬🇧 OMG, my first ab workout for beginners! ♥︎ This routine will prepare you for my intense ab workouts which require strooong core muscles. So if you struggle with my 12 MIN SIXPACK WORKOUT and my 10 MIN HARDCORE SIXPACK WORKOUT, this one is for you! It includes breaks (oh wow) and some “easier“ versions of exercises - but it's still effective though! You will feel the burn, promise. If you are not a beginner, take this workout as a warm up or skip the breaks and continue with the previous exercise instead. Change the exercise when I start with the next one. So if you skip the breaks, you will perform each exercise for 40 seconds - that's a challenge! ▪️ Intensity: Beginner ▪️ Recommendations: • Repeating this workout 2-3x per week works perfectly. • For more burn, combine it with my other ab workouts or just repeat it once again. __________________________________________ ➞ IN
