8-29-2021 New Orleans, La Hurricane Ida dramatic water rescues- S0TS- fatality

As a good samaritan was rescuing one person he is almost hit by a pickup truck plunging in the water. One lady is a nurse who was trying to deliver medication who was rescued by an off duty Italian Naval officer. Unfortunately one man drowned, interview with the man who jumped in the water to try and help, found the man, did CPR but unfortunately it was too late.
