Testing lvl 60 Quickdraw Buff while doing the lvl 60 Frozen Forest repeatable farming quest. You can do this quest daily and get some potions, It's pretty good since lvl 60 potions are not that easy to get. This lvl 60 Quickdraw buff works better on large hp bosses while using also your red soul buff. I don't use Soul Shot and Barrage on small mobs but those skills can be very useful on bosses when crits since this build can generate concentration pretty fast.
