Following the intensity of last week’s big kiss between Elena and Damon, most viewers were expecting a somewhat tame episode of the CW hit show. But, boy oh boy, were we all proven wrong. The episode kicked off with a nearly nude scene featuring Damon lathering up in the shower and Elena getting her aggression out with an intense kick boxing session. While the Damon scene was a fun little treat to say the least, the biggest shocker was by far, the new brewing romance between Klaus and Caroline. This episode featured Caroline’s 18th birthday celebration, which was a bit of a toughie for her, based on the fact that, as she notes, she’s technically dead.
