In the light of the refusal of the Home Office to publish the results of the report into the characteristics of the various grooming gangs who have destroyed so many young lives across Britain and undoubtedly are continuing to do so, surely if we care about human rights, especially those of children, notwithstanding that abusers can and do come from all walks of life and societies, we surely need to name the Islamic background of the overwhelming majority of perpetrators in these grooming gangs and the particular aspects of the ideology they follow which appear to motivate them in their appalling crimes.
