Chop the carrots finely. Remove the seeds from the Cheongyang chili peppers after cutting them in half. Then chop the peppers finely. Chop the fish cake into small pieces. Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl. (You can make it with minced beef, pork, chopped onion, pickled radish, and etc. according to your preference) 2. Grease a heated pan with oil and stir-fry carrots. Then add the fish cake and Cheongyang chili peppers. 3. Stir-fry the seasoning ingredients, then turn off the heat and mix in the rice, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. 4. Put the seaweed on the bamboo mat and spread the rice evenly. Then roll the kimbap tightly. (tip. You can make the kimbap look nicer by having end of the rice and seaweed match when you roll) 5.
