I paired Midjourney AI with busts and descriptions of every emperor from Commodus to Diocletian, continuing off from the first video. It’s basically making the Crisis of the 3rd Century into Game of Thrones. Yeah, I put toldinstone in there. His resemblance to Phillip the Arab is uncanny. I also left out some very minor, short-lived mainline emperors (Quintillus, Florianus) and of course many, many different regional usurpers who tried to claim the purple but never received any recognition from the Senate, with the exception of the most important ones (Postumus, Zenobia, Carausius).
