An original video for Badfinger's 1974 song, 'Got to Get Out of Here', released on their LP 'Wish You Were Here'. 'Wish You Were Here' received positive reviews in Rolling Stone magazine upon its release and is sometimes considered to be the band's best work. However, it was pulled out of record stores in 1975, seven weeks after release because of a lawsuit between Warner Bros. music publishing and Badfinger's management. Badfinger's Manager, Stan Polley, had been screwing Badfinger out of money their whole careers. Amidst hit records and support from The Beatles (Badfinger was originally signed by Apple Records, a label founded by The Beatles), Badfinger was broke, and lived together with their wives in the same house for a long period of time.
