Over the mountains and to the antique wait, there's an estate sale sign! We're driving the Cascade Mountain loop en route to Spokane, Washington, but a sign diverts us to a farmstead in the middle of nowhere first. Will they have old stuff, good stuff, cheap stuff? Turns out there's a little of both here! This is clearly an old collector estate, where RS Germany, French and English porcelains are bargain priced, Native American dancers are reasonable and buyable (but not the baskets!), the Fenton is cheap and a whole lot of other things are not. We talk about what is and isn't a good buy as we enjoy this unexpected stop! Our real destination is Spokane, Washington's Custer's Antique Show, where Spokanites have shopped twice a year for nearly a half-century!
