It’s strange, as they’re some of the franchise’s most marketable Pokémon. A big reason they’ve never fought each other is that only Sylveon & Glaceon have appeared on the main cast. Another is that Ash never got an Espeon to rival Gary’s Umbreon. Personally, I’d like to see the writers of the anime rectify this oversight by holding an Eevee-themed tournament. Seeing Virgil, Gary, & Gladion battle it out would be amazing. Given that the tournament could feature 64 unique matchups, I’d love to hear which Eeveelutions you’d like to see battle most.
