In Japan there is a word called “Otoko-no-ko(She-men)“. Which stands for man dressed as a woman. Every year the way of their dressing is getting powerful and when you see them it's really hard for you to figure it out. There is a dragged-up cafe called NEW TYPE in Akihabara, Tokyo.
