Soon in the 1990s nations reappear from the earth, arising from their settlements in bunkers, ideologies have progressed in less than savory aspects. Hyperborea formed from fear of being invaded by the Motherland, it's Neo-Hyperborean ideology shifted into a totalitarian 'socialist' spiritual direction, the nation plunged into a frenzy of conquest in order to unite the north under the Midnight Sun.
